The Common Themes in Reproductive Diversity (CTRD) group of researchers includes twenty-two training faculty and three affiliated faculty belonging to seven units awarding doctorates: the Departments of Anthropology, Biology, Chemistry, Psychological and Brain Sciences, and Gender Studies, and the Programs in Medical Sciences and in Neuroscience.

Other participants include the Center for the Integrative Study of Animal Behavior, the Kinsey Institute for Research in Sex, Gender and Reproduction, the Institute for Pheromone Research, the Indiana Molecular Biology Institute and the Center for Genomics and Bioinformatics.
